The tale of "The angry Greek"
One upon a time, there was a very sad, discontent and angry man. We don't know his name but, since he is Greek, we will call him Nick. Now poor old nick had a few issues. Maybe his mother never potty trained him when he was young, maybe his sad existence and surroundings caught up to him or, and much more likely, nick had finally realized that his country's Olympic games of 2004 just sucked. A conclusion the rest of the world had reached many, many years before. We all know that we all have a breaking point and that warm July morning when two very attractive (a quality Nick did not poses) Aussie tourists came wandering into the station where he had worked for the past 3, 5, 9 maybe 15 years (we will never know), well our friend nick had finally reached his breaking point.I have to admit that just maybe the Sydney 2000 cap that I just happened to be wearing might have been a contributing factor but....... Let's admit it. That was deliberate..... So nick from Larissa station in Athens. Thanks for your help and assistance. You were a wonderful ambassador for your country, and take out the newly formed award for "Biggust dickust" So here ends our coverage of our 3rd port of call, Athens, the rest of the visit pretty much went down hill from this high point.I took some photos of some of the tourist attractions for you all to see. Unfortunately, Nick declined to be photographed for this article.
